1. What loyalty points are

Loyalty points are a scoring mechanic. They are not money, not a virtual currency and not a security. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, gifted, gambled or exchanged for money, goods or services, and they carry no value if your account is closed.

Points are stored in your own browser. They are not held on our servers and we cannot restore them if you clear your browsing data.

2. How points are earned

Twenty five points each time you open a game, once per game per session. One thousand points for completing the optional details in your account, credited once. Up to 750 points a day from the three rotating challenges, plus a 250 point bonus for a seven day streak. Two thousand five hundred points on the birthday recorded at registration.

3. Double point weekends

Accounts at Gold tier or above earn double points between Friday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 UK time. The multiplier applies to game launches and challenges, not to one off credits such as the profile or birthday bonuses.

4. Tiers

Five tiers: Bronze from 0 points, Silver from 2,500, Gold from 10,000, Platinum from 30,000 and Onyx from 75,000. Tier is recalculated the moment a threshold is crossed. Because points never expire, a tier once reached is never lost while the account remains open.

Tier rewards are cosmetic or organisational: profile frames, avatars, board placement, early access to new releases and support priority. No tier confers a better return to player, an altered game, or anything of monetary value.

5. Leaderboards

Board positions are scored on the highest multiplier achieved in a demo round during the qualifying period. Rewards are loyalty points and profile badges only. No cash, voucher, physical prize or third party benefit is awarded at any position.

We may remove an entry from a board where we believe it was produced by automated software, a client modification or a duplicate account.

6. Challenges

The three daily challenges reset at 07:00 UK time. Progress is not carried over to the next day. Where a challenge cannot be completed because of a game outage, we will not substitute an alternative, and no compensation arises.

7. No purchase, no payment

Nothing on this site can be bought, and nothing is required to earn at the standard rate. We will never sell points, tiers, cosmetics or board positions, and we will not permit third parties to do so. Any offer to sell you DC Bet points is fraudulent.

8. Abuse

Where we identify manipulation — multiple accounts, scripted launches to farm points, or coordinated board activity — we may reset the affected points, remove board entries and close the account without notice. As nothing of value is involved, no compensation arises from such action.

9. Changes

We may adjust point rates, tier thresholds, challenges and board formats at any time. Points already credited are not removed by a rate change, though a threshold change may alter which tier a total corresponds to. Material changes are announced on this page.
